Important News! Server Downtime?

Ok some of you may remember the Server crash's and roll backs we had... this was because we were pushing the server over its limits (40000) of memory.

To combat this We are moving to a nice new Window's server (we are on Linux) atm.

This is Good as we will be able to increase the server Capacity to a higher amount. and be able to do a lot more things server side.

The bad new's to this is that We will have to get a new IP Address and Port

The other bad news, is that we might have to reset town's and chests... (The Map will not Change!) but the admin side will change as I will need to rewrite all the configs. But I will get that done asap (ETA 30 mins)

I won't know when the server will go down, and how long it will go down for unfortunatly. But I would expect it to be in the next hour or so.

and with luck all should be the same except the ip and port.

So from what I gather, All the staff have gone to sleep (No surprise).

But I am going to go to sleep too which is bad news for you, because as fate will have it, the server will migrate when I am away.

If this does happen, I won't post the new IP until I am at my computer, so I can deal with any issues that arrise and make sure all the protecton plugins are working.

This will be roughly between 12:00pm and 01:00pm.

Once again sorry for any inconvenience and I will try to sort this asap

Server is now offline for Migration.

ETA on uptime is 30 minutes

Server is back up at this new IP = 85.236.100.2:28265

The only bad news is that the Homes have been wiped =(

Well the server seems to be down so I'm guessing the migrations started, remember to check the homepage for the Server status.

Triggerhog- migration, or just constant crashes? :S
